International Wire in France is in compliance with the law regarding gender equality

Following the French law “Future Career” aimed at eliminating the pay gap between women and men, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their gender equality index.

This index, calculated on 100 points, takes into account the following indicators

  • The gender pay gap,
  • The gap in the distribution of individual raises,
  • The number of female employees who receive a raise when they return from maternity leave,
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid employees.

To be in compliance with this law, the overall score of the index must be higher than 75 points out of 100.

For 2023, Tresse Métallique J. Forissier scored 88 points out of 100.

An action plan is in progress.
